Why are we not taken equally?
In society, in family, in profession,
in aspiration, and in every walk of life!
So we say,
Enough is Enough.
We have made a Resolution,
to be a part of every Important Decision,
that involves us, concerns us and surrounds us.
No more, will we be the spectator.
No more, will we be the follower.
We Rise.
We Decide.
We Join.
Not to have it all.
But to be A Part,
of taking the call.
And no more taking the fall,
for being a woman.

ಸಮಾನತೆ.
ಇದರ ಧ್ವನಿ...
ಎಷ್ಟು ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯ ಅನುಭವ! ಅಲ್ಲವೇ?
ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲವೇ ಸೆಕೆಂಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ,
ಅದು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಶಯವನ್ನು ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಮಾನತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇದೇ ವಿಷಯ,
ಅದನ್ನು ಆಚರಣೆಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಬೋಧಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ನಾವು ಕೇಳಲು ಇಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ - ಯಾಕೆ?
ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿ ಏಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ?
ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ, ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ,
ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ!
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ,
ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಾಕು.
ನಾವು ಒಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ,
ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ, ನಮಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದಿರುವ
ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಲು.
ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ, ನಾವು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ, ನಾವು ಅನುಯಾಯಿಗಳಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ನಾವು ಏಳುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ನಾವು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ನಾವು ಸೇರುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಹೊಂದಲು ಅಲ್ಲ.
ಆದರೆ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ
ಭಾಗವಾಗಲು.
ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ, ಮಹಿಳೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ
ಸೋಲನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ನಾವು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
